How to play

ChainThe king leads, the pawns follow

The king walks the board with a chain of pawns behind him. Steer him onto the piece that waits on the board and the chain grows by a pawn. He never stops; the wall or his own chain ends it. The longer the chain, the quicker he walks.

RulesWhat counts, what ends it

Each piece eaten is worth ten and one more for every piece before it.
The wall and the chain both end it. The square the tail is leaving is fair.
A turn takes effect on the next step; two can wait in line, so a quick double turn is not lost.
Leave and come back: the game waits for you where it stood.
